The vernissage, or review, of the regarded craftsmanship and building design show commences tomorrow morning.
Venice has
facilitated its Biennale di Venezia since 1895, when the City Council sorted
out the occasion to showcase Italian craftsmanship. Today, a great part of the
world, from Albania to Zimbabwe, makes structures for Biennale, making it
conceivable to feel as though there is sufficient craftsmanship to see you
through the following two years, when the Biennale comes around afresh. As the
craftsmanship and configuration universes slide on this drifting city (a few of
us on the tail of Art Basel), Travel + Leisure will be highlighting a
percentage of the good times.
Initially up: a feature via Oscar Boyson that
goes through the Biennale's storied history.
