Carnival
Cruise Line is also
in Melanesia where a series of voyages which range from eight to twelve nights on
the 2,600 passenger Carnival Spirit are coming out of Sydney. A port of call
which is included is the uninhabited Mystery Island in the Vanuatu archipelago.
In 2015, guests who come here can go snorkeling, paddleboarding, on kayaking in
boats with glass bottoms. Other stops comprise of Maré, Nouméa, and the Isle of
Pines in new Macedonia which is French flavoured. The cruise line has expressed
confidence that it would resume operations there in June in spite of the recent
cyclone that had devastated Vanuatu. Rates
per person start at $668; all year round there are sailings available on select
dates.
